You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wol777 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
In no event shall wol777's aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting wol777 support. Before closure, you should withdraw any available real-money balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 6. Bonus funds remaining in an Account at the time of closure will be forfeited unless specifically stated otherwise in the applicable offer terms.
wol777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in circumstances including: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; account inactivity for an extended period; or where required to do so by a legal or regulatory obligation.
Upon termination of an Account, any real-money balance remaining will be returned to the User using a verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance or KYC requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings subject to unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of closure. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination shall remain in full force after termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its primary licence, as may be updated from time to time. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents wol777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is available and necessary to protect the Operator's rights or the integrity of the platform.
Users accessing the platform from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that such access complies with applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. wol777 does not represent that the Service is appropriate for use in Pakistan or that such use is permitted by Pakistani law.
wol777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice to registered users by email or by a prominent in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on the platform with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Service and request closure of your Account before the amendment takes effect.
